With more than 35 years of experience in building management, maintenance operations, and construction oversight, Kemal Vukelj has established himself as a trusted leader in the real estate and facilities management industry. Residing in NJ, Kemal “Ken” Vukelj has a background that includes managing residential buildings, commercial properties, large-scale renovation projects, and industrial operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service.

In 2014, Kemal Vukelj joined 6448 Realty Associates as a property manager. In this role, he serves as a liaison between owners, government agencies, contractors, and tenants while ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and safely. He negotiates major restaurant leases, manages numerous office and commercial renovations customized to tenant specifications, and has overseen a full-building sprinkler system installation.

Between 1998 and 2014, Ken Vukelj of Teaneck, NJ, served as a resident manager at East 49th Street in Manhattan. In this position, he led a comprehensive Local Law 97 façade restoration project that replaced nearly the entire exterior of the building while enhancing safety and long-term structural integrity. He also managed the conversion of the property's heating system from oil to gas, a complex undertaking that required careful planning and execution.
